For most services, we include a complimentary consultation at the beginning of your appointment. However, for significant colour changes, colour corrections or major restyles, we recommend booking a separate consultation beforehand so we can assess your hair and discuss the best approach.

Appointment times vary by service. A standard cut and style typically takes 45-60 minutes. Colour appointments can range from 1.5 to 3+ hours depending on the service. When you book, we'll let you know the expected duration so you can plan your visit.

We recommend arriving with unwashed hair (1-2 days without washing is ideal for colour appointments). Please avoid using heavy styling products beforehand. If you have any allergies or sensitivities, let us know when booking so we can prepare accordingly.
